Support

Version 2026-09-21

Reaching a person

Email support@dropmonthly.com and a person will read it. We answer within one working day, and usually much faster.

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the name of your organization. If something looks wrong on a particular page, the address of that page saves us both a round trip.

Something is broken right now

If the app is down or behaving strangely for everybody rather than just for you, we will say so at the top of every page inside the app as soon as we know.

If you are locked out because your identity provider is unreachable, an owner of your organization can still sign in with a password and a second factor — that exemption exists precisely so an outage at your end is not an outage at ours.

Security

If you have found a vulnerability, email security@dropmonthly.com rather than opening a public issue, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you tell anybody else. We will confirm we have received your report within one working day, keep you informed while we work on it, and credit you when it is fixed unless you would rather we did not.

Your data

Requests to see, correct, export or delete personal information go to privacy@dropmonthly.com. What we hold and how long we keep it is in the privacy policy.

If you are asking on behalf of one of your customers, you can usually answer it yourself from that person's page in the app — and if you would rather we did it, say so and we will.

Billing

Questions about an invoice, a plan or a seat count go to billing@dropmonthly.com. Owners and anybody with the billing permission can see the current plan and its invoices in the organization's settings.
